Through social recreation, educational programs and outreach services, we help young people learn the skill they need to grow into happy, healthy, productive adults.
Youth Drop-In Centre
Commonly known as NO Ordinary People Allowed, our Club has a drop-in centre for youth between the ages of 13 and 18.
Supported by the Boys and Girls Club of Canada, our licensed program offers a variety of pro-social recreation and physical education activities for children aged 5-12.
Outreach And Advocacy
For youth who are facing challenges in their lives and are in need of additional supports that will help them grow and succeed.
Our Mountain Biking program provides Youth of all ages and skill levels with opportunities to experience one of the Cariboo’s best rated recreational activities.
Transition To Independent Living
The program assists assist young people with skill development as they move into independent living situations.
Harm Reduction services vary from helping those with substance use, to Sexual Education; our Harm Reduction Coordinator provides the tools necessary for Safe substance and safe use and awareness. Services are offered to ages 19+
Youth Life Skills Workshops
Our Club offers a variety of free daytime workshops to Youth aged 13-18 at the NOOPA Youth Centre throughout the year.
The Boutique loans formal wear, shoes, accessories, tux rentals and possible funds to help with graduation fees, hairstyling and more to youth in need.
Rewild Your Child
This Summer we are on a mission to rewild childhood, engage in nature & away from screens… so let’s go wild!
Anime Club runs Mondays & Thursdays, 3:30pm-5:30pm in the Boys and Girls Club All Purpose Room.
Pops In The Park
The POPS in the Park program is a program funded by a multi-organization effort fundraiser in the local “Boitanio Park” it is a fun family event for all ages during the summer.
